Communication is essential in projects as it serves as a link between management, customers, and the project team. A successful project enhances the social, economic, and environmental well-being of stakeholders. Project managers must demonstrate effective communication skills and articulate their vision for the project. This study looks at the impact of communication on integrated project delivery. Project managers require various skills, including interpersonal and technical skills, to understand stakeholders. In the management context, communication involves both verbal and nonverbal exchange of information. This article presents the results of a literature review on project management and provides a conceptual framework for studying communication during organizational change. The review addresses topics such as leadership communication practices, workplace communication, internal communication, and job satisfaction.
