The rise of AI technology is disrupting the job market, with certain professions being more vulnerable to replacement than others. Jobs in the tech industry such as software developers, web developers, computer programmers, coders, and data scientists are considered "amenable" to AI automation. On the other hand, management, installation and maintenance, and healthcare professions are less likely to be replaced by AI. However, even complex problem-solving roles like research scientists may not be safe from the impact of AI. According to projections from the World Intelligence Congress, AI could replace 69% of tasks currently performed by managers. Other at-risk jobs include telemarketers, bookkeeping clerks, compensation and benefits managers, receptionists, couriers, proofreaders, and accountants. It is predicted that in the next 20 years, AI will continue to take over various careers, causing disruptions in the job market.
