The company plans to distribute 25% of its prior-year profit to shareholders as a dividend. In FY23, traffic increased by 74% compared to FY20, while fares went up by 10% and unit costs decreased. In FY22/23, Ryanair's annual revenue was 10.78 billion euros. The first half of FY21 saw a profit of €2.18bn, higher than the previous year's €1.37bn. The average fare went up by 24% to €58 in FY23/24 compared to the previous year. Ryanair has consistently grown its revenue at an average rate of 9.9% since 2011. For FY24, the company expects a record-breaking traffic growth of 9%.
